Your contract contains provisions which cover your wages, hours, benefits, and working conditions.  The Collective Bargaining Agreement is a legally binding contract that Northwestern Mutual and OPEIU Local 35 must adhere to.  

Members of your elected bargaining committee as well as the staff of Local 35 meet with NM Management to negotiate your contract.
