Members voted to accept
the Foundation's proposal to change the allocation of
Thrift Plan fees for certain transactions. Therefore, going forward,
fees for individual lump sum withdrawals and individual loans will
be charged to the employees requesting the lump sum withdrawal or
loan. Foundation employees will be notified of these changes
by a letter from
the Foundation .
