ruling for OPEIU Local 35, Arbitrator Greco wrote that the Union's
offer was more reasonable because it provided needed job security of
full and part -timers |
| The
result of this decision is that from now on, a reduction in hours
will be considered a layoff and affected employees will now have
bumping rights. In addition part time employees will now
have bumping rights.
